This wine is a blend of three Côtes du Rhône grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Grenache brings strengh, fatness and softness. Syrah brings aromas of violets and deep ruby colour. Mourvèdre brings structure and body. Thanks to the oak barrel aging, the wine is full of vanilla, grilled and liquorice perfume. The wine will improve with aging 5 up to 10 years but will be delicious now. It will perfectly match dishes with sauce as well as game.
