The white Classic has a nice bright yellow color. There are also some touches of green.
Nose: Classic Blanc has great finesse. Balanced with small touches of white fruits such as pear but also acidulous notes such as grapefruit.
Taste: On tasting, the attack is mainly on an aspect of freshness. Then comes the same finesse as in the nose, the finesse of fruity notes, with a floral touch. Then a final return to this freshness.
This cuvée in all finesse, will be excellent on fine fish or white meats.
