Golden yellow color, intense aromas and complex. Notes of ripe fruit such as pineapple, apricot and banana. Long and full-bodied , leaps on the palate with a finish of honey and vanilla.

Full-bodied and complex wine. Taste and aroma bouquet with black fruits, spice, vanilla, plums. Well balanced and a long aftertaste.

Fruity, aromatic scent with hints of yellow pear, black currant leaves, lemon and yellow kiwi.

Pale white colour. Very fine nose. Scent typical of aroma of violets of Blanc Fumé (smoked white) harvested on marly soil. Delicate wine with good acid base. Noble and long on the palate.

The wine comes from old grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Cinsault, over 40 years old. The grapes are completly hand-picked. Well structured, strong and full bodied, it will age from 5 to 7 years. You can also enjoy it younger. It will perfectly match dishes with sauce, roasted meat, game and cheese.
